Ed, always responded with good information he found me the best people and the best prices. Ed is patient. I took a long time researching and was very pleased with his assistance along the way. The day after signing up for Luxuries-Unlimited buying club, I cancelled my home warranty. Having just purchased a remodeled 25 year old home, I knew that large ticket items would need replacing and that none of those would be covered by a home warranty. Wanting new windows first I immediately started to get quotes. My friends in real estate, architecture and building gave me leads which I followed. I ended up getting 7 professional window quotes from different contractors for Alside, Amsco, Anderson, Millguard, Pella, PlyGem and ProVia brand windows. Please explain why you chose to make this purchase through us. (Please be as thorough as possible ex: pricing, service quality, etc) Ed with Home Improvements at Luxuries- Unlimited assisted me. He consistently beat the quotes I received from the diverse contractors recommended to me by local professionals. Luxuries-Unlimited found better contractors for me to work with. Not only were they more reasonable they returned calls, answered questions and were more attentive than the other recommendations I received from friends. Luxuries-Unlimited delivers as promised. I received 15-30% savings along with great customer service. After signing up in July 2024 my first membership purchase of new windows already saved me almost half of the initial signup fee with Luxuries-Unlimited. PS. If I had liked Anderson windows I would have saved 50% from what I was originally quoted but I found their windows too chunky/bulky.

Still working with Amy. She’s been very patient trying to accommodate the desires of three couples. Several price requests and she’s still talking to me! We plan on purchasing the travel if the dates and the staterooms work for all.

Lisa has been great to work with – in booking an extended cruise/land package to Alaska next year to stepping in to help when communications broke down with other travel requests and the individuals handling those requests. Lisa has a positive, can-do attitude who will do what it takes to take care of her clients while remaining professional in her work and while also adding her humor and personal experiences to conversations. She’s my go to person!

Regarding Travel:

Sunshine has helped me book several cruises and is always knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. She booked a Viking cruise to Egypt and Israel for me and was then able to transfer it to a cruise to Antarctica when we decided the original destination was too dangerous. We saved $5361.00! I book through Sunshine because she offers great service, and I earn credits to use for future cruises.

When I order again, and we will order again from Lux UnLtd, I hope to work with Lynda again. Lynda was marvelous, patient, helpful and I appreciate being able to reach her via email, phone text or calling her when I needed info. That’s a big plus! I appreciate Lynda 100%. We are looking to purchase a bed (as our airbed just isn’t doing it for us any more), we need, eventually a new dishwasher, Fridge and Stove for our home. Now that I have experienced a large order and the time needed to get all the items I pay for, I know to put in the order and patiently wait for information as to when it will be delivered. And it is thanks to Lynda that some of the items were able to be sent to a different address to make it easier on me when receiving them. Thank you Lynda! I will be hopefully working with you again in the near future, when we are ready to order our bed.

Lynda has been so responsive. She always replies in chat, on e-mail immediately with answers to my questions.  Lynda has been a joy to work with…excellent customer service! Travel group Mark did his part, seamless, provided the same as Princess cruise would have for less money, plus we get an extra $200+ ‘credits’ for future cruise or a product purchase thru Luxuries. Mark stayed in contact, making sure all was good. Also purchased deck furniture/fire pit and trundle bed thru Luxuries. Currently working with home remodeling (bath to tile shower, storm door, other) also with Luxuries who is providing a lot of help. All pricing for less than we found on our own e.g. installed nice storm door, on sale, with military discount, Luxuries still got another 15+% off.

This was our first “test” of your company. We already had our hotel booked for this trip, before we became members. Not only did we save money, but our room was upgraded. We literally got more value, for less money! In addition, working with Evy was like working with family. Her polite, professional treatment showed that she is truly invested in us. We will never travel any other way again!

Matt and Ed have been very helpful in getting us access to the paint we need at a very significant cost saving. They are obtaining access to greatly reduced prices on several other high cost items. I have been very pleased with the savings I have received through this program. I can not give the highest rating because I have had to call repeatedly to obtain information but they have both been great to work with. I have talked to several customer service agents while trying to reach Matt or Ed and they have all been superior.  Access to the paint has saved us over $10,000 so far and is still saving us money. I am anticipating significant cost saving on several other construction supplies that we need but have not reached the point of purchasing yet. We anticipate taking at least one trip before the end of the year and probably a river cruise early next year. This has been a very valuable investment so.

We ordered a refrigerator with an ice maker. The ice maker did not work and Lynda worked with us until we received a new ice maker. This was after the initial install and two more service calls. She was great.

Bob and I are very pleased with our new roof. Matt was so patient with all of our many questions we both had. Going to the roofing business and picking out the color was such great advice. We get very positive feedback from neighbors. The quality of materials is wonderful. Gabriel’s men were very hardworking and cleaned our property very thoroughly. Replacing my 12-year-old air conditioner turned into an education! Determined to get the best value, I researched name brands, heat pumps, fan speeds, and more. Twenty local quotes later, I was shocked by the uneven knowledge of some contractors. High-pressure tactics and a lack of follow-up were red flags.
